Capital Syndicate Review: Legit or Scam?

Today, I’ll do a Capital Syndicate review to see if it’s legit or a scam.

Capital Syndicate is a real estate training program that teaches you how to earn passive income with Private Money Brokering.

Founder Lee Arnold claims you earn your first check with this business in as little as 45 days…

But… can you really make money with private money brokering?

Is Capital Syndicate legit? Or is it a scam?

Let’s find out in this Capital Syndicate review!

What is Capital Syndicate?

Capital syndicate is a training program where you learn about “Private Money Broking”. A private money broker connects borrowers to lenders. In the case of a Capital syndicate, you learn how to connect real estate investors with no capital to private money lenders.

So, you earn a commission on the successful referral of a real estate investor to Cogo Capital, Lee Arnold’s private money company.

In addition to acting as a salesperson for Arnold’s company and earning commissions, you can get an investment for your own real estate company from Arnold’s funding partners.

The Capital syndicate also claims to give its brokers access to the $71.6 billion private credit sector and several financial benefits.

In short, you will bring more business and money for Cogo Capital while earning small commissions.

As a successful businessman, he is the CEO of Cogo Capital, a global speaker, a writer, a private lender, and a licensed money broker.

Capital Syndicate Review: Content

Capital Syndicate training program teaches private money broking online through 5 modules. These five modules include:

Overview of Capital Syndicate: This is the first module of Capital Syndicate. Here you learn about Capital Syndicate, money brokering, private money funding, the benefits of this program, and the perks of being a private money broker. However, it is just an overview. The detailed information lies in subsequent modules.

The Real estate investments industry: The second module of Capital syndicate. These modules teach about the people playing essential roles in the real estate industry, their role, and their importance. These include private lenders, private money brokers, and investors.

Selling your services: In the third module, you learn marketing and selling your services. Lee Arnold guides the online and offline methods of connecting with potential clients and making them your customers. Additionally, you learn the usage of mail, email, and social media for marketing.

Qualification for leadership positions: The fourth module includes do’s and don’ts of lead qualifications. Here you get extensive training in converting the leads into long-term customers.

Private financing and compensation: The final module of Capital Syndicate is based on information about financing and compensation. So, you know how to receive payments and avoid getting scammed in real estate deals.

At the end of this course, you learn almost all you need to enter money brokering. Additionally, you receive tools, scripts, legal documents, resources, and other materials to help you in your real estate and money brokering career.

How Much Does Capital Syndicate Cost?

capital syndicate cost

According to the reports I found through some resources, the initial cost of joining Capital Syndicate is $97, but there are many upsells. The price increases to $2,500-$10,000 along the way, and the final price with all the benefits reaches up to $100,000.

If some program asks for money to help you make more money, staying away is probably best. Giving $100 to help Cogo Capital have more leads and customers and your hard work in generating the leads does not seem fair.

Moreover, the company deducts a lot from the commission you earn through sales. Also, several other ways exist to earn passive income without spending such a hefty amount.

Capital Syndicate Student Reviews

capital syndicate reviews

Here are some reviews of Lee Arnold’s teaching class and his private money company. These reviews are mostly positive, but there are some really negative ones as well.

“Their entire sales team engages in Bait and Switch tactics including their leadership team. Over promise and under deliver most of the time that creates lots of tension. People go on vacation and don’t care about your construction draw or any email that is sent whatsoever. Plenty of other lenders out there to work with. My recommendation is: RUN AWAY from this company. FAST”

“Over all the program is thorough and the teacher was great but I can’t stress enough that the downloaded workbook should include the option of a printer friendly version. I spent about 100 dollars to try to print the 368 page workbook and never got the complete item printed out. Ended up buying the book for 49 dollars which I never knew was an option until the class was over. All in all spent about 150 Dollars to try to get the workbook on top of the nearly 1500 paid for the class. Very frustrating!”

Is Capital Syndicate Legit or a Scam?

capital syndicate facebook group

No, Capital Syndicate is not a scam. It provides training about real estate business and money brokering. There are 70,000+ likes on Lee Arnold’s Facebook page. You also get a real estate broker certificate. However, the services it offers are not worth its cost, in my opinion.

You can quickly sign up for the certificate in a local bank and learn real estate business through cheaper programs. Moreover, several customers have bad reviews about Lee Arnold’s company. Also, private brokering is not a piece of cake, as Arnold makes it sound.

Capital Syndicate Review: FAQ

What is the Capital Syndicate refund policy?

Capital Syndicate has a 30 days refund policy. It means that if you do not get the services promised in this course or if the services are not satisfactory, you can get a 100% refund. To get a refund, contact the Syndicate team and get your money back.

However, Capital Syndicate claims to help you earn your first check in 45 days or less. So, you won’t be sure by 30 days if you want to stay with the course or leave it.

Can you actually make passive income With private money brokering?

Yes, you can make passive income with private money brokering. However, it is not a simple process. There is a lot to learn before starting it. Also, this risky career is associated with some legal complications. So, you will have to take its pros and cons into account before jumping into it.

Is real estate worth investing in 2023?

Yes, real estate is worth investing in in 2023. It can help you earn yearly rent and can be sold for many times its original price after a few years. Moreover, the prices of housing and estate increase with inflation offering more opportunities to earn through real estate.

However, you need a large amount to invest in it in the first place. Starting your own online business, like dropshipping, is best if you are a beginner or don’t have much capital.

Capital Syndicate Review: Conclusion – Is It Worth It?

capital syndicate review

After being in the dropshipping trenches for 6+ years, it’s clear that you can make a TON of money online…

But after doing this Capital Syndicate review, there’s nothing special about this program.

Yeah, private money brokering is a legit business model, but it’s not even close to as easy, passive, or profitable as Lee Arnold claims.

If you want a chance to make significant money quickly, I highly recommend dropshipping physical products instead.

Running a dropshipping business isn’t easy, but the potential reward is immense (as seen below), so it’s 100% worth it.
