Today, I’ll be doing an Ecom Uplift review.
Ecom Uplift was founded by successful e-commerce entrepreneur and YouTuber Tan Choudhury.
Tan claims Ecom Uplift is “The Only Tool You Need To Launch A Successful Dropshipping Store.”
But… is this really true?
How useful are Ecom Uplift’s dropshipping tools?
Is Ecom Uplift worth it for your online business?
Let’s find out in this Ecom Uplift review!
What is Ecom Uplift?
Ecom Uplift is an all-in-one dropshipping tool that aims to “take out all the guesswork by providing winning video ads, Facebook ad copy, and product descriptions.”
Their website claims they provide everything you need to launch a profitable dropshipping store overnight!
Ecom Uplift provides a dozen winning products weekly and a high-converting video ad for each.
On top of that, they include the Launchpad Challenge, a free course designed to show you how to launch products for your e-commerce business successfully.
Let’s continue this Ecom Uplift review by looking deeper into each feature.
Ecom Uplift Features
Winning Product Gallery
Ecom Uplift has one main page, which is the Product Gallery.
This is where you can browse through their 200+ winning products.
According to Tan, these are handpicked by their team and uploaded every Wednesday.
As for quality, most of these winning products are pretty solid. The majority of them are problem-solving products which is nice to see.
For each of these products, Ecom Uplift provides numerous details.
Unfortunately, their images are decent at best (some even have third-party watermarks on them).
It looks like they just quickly grabbed them from AliExpress or other eCommerce stores. You’ll have to find some other images yourself.
I would have liked to have seen some more unique and high-quality images.
Also, they provide a generic name for each product rather than a brand name.
For e-commerce stores to have high conversion rates, they MUST have a unique brand name.
Ecom Uplift also provides product descriptions for each winning product.
Again, I’m not impressed… What they provide is certainly useable, but it’s not special.
You could very easily find a similar product description by searching on Google “product name + Shopify.”
They include one gif for some product descriptions, but that’s not enough.
Also, multiple of these product descriptions have spelling errors in them.
Ecom Uplift also provides some brief details on each winning product.
They provide COGS and recommended selling price but nothing about which offer to use.
The offer (ex: 50% off) is a significant factor in having a successful e-commerce store.
You’ll have to do more research to determine which offer to use.
They also provide some interests you should be targeting on Facebook ads.
This is only slightly helpful, as finding interests to target only takes a couple of minutes.
It would be one thing if we were given data that proves these interests are profitable for this product…
But I can almost guarantee these interests are just suggestions.
We also get some custom ad copy to use in our Facebook ads.
Each set of ad copy follows the same layout in the picture above.
Once again, it’s decent but not impressive…
Your Facebook ad could have gone viral in 2018 with this ad copy, but NOT in 2023.
Also, like their product descriptions, there are errors here as well.
According to their website, they have a world-class advertising team that creates unique video ads for each product.
These video ads are decent and could maybe be helpful for rapid testing…
But I would be stunned if one of these went viral. In 2023, you HAVE to do better.
I wish they provided the raw clips/content so you could quickly create your own video with your own captions.
They also say that you can use this video ad on Facebook or TikTok, which is untrue.
Ecom Uplift provides a square video with captions at the bottom, making it impossible to use on TikTok…
Their sales page promises a free course that provides more value than a $1,000 course.
I had to reach out to their support team to get access, as it was nowhere to be found inside the dashboard.
It took NINE DAYS to receive a response. Thankfully, they canceled my subscription. But they ignored my questions about the free course…
I can understand if the product doesn’t live up to bold claims…
But I draw the line when a company blatantly lies about including something they don’t provide.
This was a significant part of their value proposition!
They DO include an upsell for a $200 course immediately after paying $50 for Ecom Uplift.
Ecom Uplift Pricing
Ecom Uplift pricing is straightforward. They have one plan that costs $49.99 per month. As long as you stay subscribed, you get access to their tool. There is no free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Ecom Uplift Alternatives
Multiple Ecom Uplift alternatives exist, such as Viral Vault, BandsBox, Winnerzilla, Adserea, Peeksta, EcomHunt, and more. I would have to say the closest Ecom Uplift alternative is Viral Vault. Here are the 18 best dropshipping product research tools if you’d like more options.
If you need a free product research tool, you can use the AliExpress Dropshipping Center.

Ecom Uplift Review: Pros & Cons
Ecom Uplift Pros
Winning Products: They have about 200+ products, some of which are winning products with good potential.
Ecom Uplift Cons
Decent Resources: They provide product descriptions, images, ad copy, and videos, but these are all decent at best.
No Analytics: They say these are winning products, but they don’t show us any data or proof, like the number of daily orders or Facebook ads from competitors.
No TikTok Ads: Ecom Uplift focuses entirely on Facebook ads and lacks any data or resources for TikTok ads.
Ecom Uplift Review: Conclusion – Is It Worth It?
After being in the dropshipping trenches for 6+ years, it’s clear that only the best of the best should be used…
Ecom Uplift’s tool is decent, but it doesn’t come even close to their bold claims of providing “everything you need to launch a profitable store overnight”.
They also lie about including a free course and instead try to upsell you on a $200 course.
Overall, I am not impressed with ANY part of Ecom Uplift, and I recommend you stay as far away as possible.
FINAL VERDICT: I do NOT recommend Ecom Uplift.
You will get MUCH better results in FAR less time if you use these tools instead.
